title:{HOW TO COPE WITH STRESS!!!}

REKHA JEEVA IS BACK!

today shall be the day!
when the stressed souls fly free in the sky.
forgetting what lies in front of them
and just REEELLLLAAAAXXXX.

so here's some short tips,
when you're stressed...

1. sit in a dark and emo corner of your room and make a wish!! close your eyes and count to 10. then you stand up and dance around like a chicken for 1 minute. When time's up, shout your name 3 times. That way, the faerie of all wishes will grant you your golden wish!

2. go to the kitchen. open the fridge, then quickly slam the door shut! you must do this with ultimate strength so that the "boom" sound made by the door slammin will awaken the child in you and automatically, you will feel light-headed and carefree. You will start chanting "tinky-winky.. dypsy.. LA LA and po". You will run arnd and play like you have nvr before. However, beware! coz this priviledge can only be used once in a day...

3. you will need 2 eggs. raw. and you're going to make your brain stronger! first.. take both the eggs with the shell, and with your feet at least 30cm apart, raise them till they are directly above your head. caution: remove all hairbands or ribbons for they might break apart from the thunderous bang on the head later. alright, now say "goosy-de-loompy" 5 times and immediately crack both the eggs on your head.. simultaneously. Then take the egg shell pieces in your hands and throw them out of the window, this represents the throwing away of the bad chicken brains you have in your big empty skull. With the egg yolk and white pouring all over your face.. take some pepper and sprinkle then on your nose and watch the magic being done! you will immediately sneeze, signifying that your brain is now stronger and more enegetic to face new challenges!!

4. this is the last trick to overcome stress. this is easy. to do this, you only need a pair of hands and a pair of feet. go to a well-lit room, probably your study area. then do 100 jumping jacks. while counting.. you must stare at your books that you hate the most! after the 100 JJs.. your books will suddenly vanish and to thank the faerie who made your books disappear into thin air, recite the humpty dumpty rhyme twice, and you will be granted a million more wishes!!!
