I guess competition can, on its own, conquer my heart and soul. A whole range of options to choose from, and I adamantly picked out this path. What do you plan to take - Those 6 words almost seemed as though they formed a really rhethorical question, that even a 3-year old would not hesitate to answer it on their behalf. With the introduction into the world of "bidding" or so they call it, I can just prepare myself to date my dearest screen for 6 hours this Thursday. Even doing so, my heart still skips a beat imagining myself NOT getting into a module that I've chosen with much thought. Nonetheless, I pray such situation will never occur, in a million years.
The jigsaw puzzle of life is somehow, for me, 40% complete. The remaining 60% is all in pieces. One by one, I got to pick them up, and arrange them in the most seemingly correct manner in order to own that puzzle. That might be, no doubt a challenging and mind-boggling task, but I must sort things out now, this moment, so as to eliminate regret that might surface had I not been careful this instant. One thing's for sure, I'm pretty much determined to leave our country in the next few years for a period of time to experience another's unique culture and way of life.

Uri-ma-ni-de! (It's been long..)
I thought it'd be great to give you guys a quick update about some stuff that took place over the weeks. The most recent posts were centered around SS501, KimHyunJoong, and WorldCup.
FIRST - XLB BUFFET @ Holland. (Even now, I'm craving for XLB!) Lols. Met up with Guy3 and SuAnne for some buffelicious time at HollandV before watching the Germany match against I can't remember who, and the score was 4-0 or something like that!
SECOND - With all the KoreanPop and IDOL fever here in Singapore, YuHui and I decided to head down to IMM to catch the ballad group, 2AM. They might not be the most popular bunch of guys around, but their soulful voices sure reaches us deep down in our hearts. It is no doubt that they're idols, yet they aren't afraid to show their real selves everywhere they go. Though with their image at stake when they fool around, 2AM has been and will always garner the support and love from fans worldwide. I heard their fame soared to the sky when they were opening acts for the WonderGirls tour in the US. ((= YuHui and I didn't get the tickets to watch the showcase/ get on stage for their fanmeeting; neither could we enter the rooftop premises without a pass. Thankfully, these 2 malay girls passed us their passes when they were exiting so that at least with that pass, we're able to stand 30m away from the stage to catch a glimpse of the idols. THIRD - Lauren, Rachel, Preethi and I (aka the RRT) have been attending dance pracs the past few weeks to learn the FLASHMOB dance that we performed last Saturday outside Taka. The song was actually a mash-medley of "Let's get it started", "sorry-sorry", "pokerface" and "911, fire burning". Though the steps were quite challenging at first, we slowly got the hang of it and we were able to perform whatever we've prepared to the public with confidence. Though there were mistakes here and there, it was a great experience taking part in a FLASHMOB for the first time. Co-incidentally, Jack&Rai came to perform a few songs and we got to talk to them after their showcase. Through these few weeks going to BartleyChurch and PLMC, I've made a few friends and it's been a really fun and extravagant experience for me.
FOURTH - Also, I've watched ECLIPSE and DESPICABLE ME over the weeks, and I must say the 3rd twilight series movie is the best outta the 3! Taylor looks more HOT in there, and the characters are more realistic and comfortable with each other that the acting was protrayed well. It wasn't as slow-moving as the first 2, so thank God! I just wanna say smth, I hate Kirsten for being able to kiss the 2 hottest guys in Hollywood. (although I strongly believe that Robert Pat is UGLY! no offence) Despicable Me was kinda a disappointment in terms of story-line, but the cartoon characters were so cute, it made up for the lousy plot. Watched the 2D version though, but still alright nonetheless.
Quick updates aside, in a couple of weeks' time, Uni's going to begin as our new chapter unfolds. Even though I'm not one of them chosen for the SOW, and I still think it's unfair that orientation is only for a selected bunch, I hope to make a lot of new friends in FoS and that my 4 years in NUS will be enjoyable. We get to choose our own modules that we're interested in, so indirectly kinda setting our own timetable and schedule for the weeks. I won't be staying in the halls this year so I've got to travel to and fro from home, but that doesn't really matter consiering how I've been travelling for long since Secondary school. Instead, I'm going to chanel all the funds supposedly used for halls to SEP! And deep down, I really wanna go on exchange programme to Korea or the US. <3
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm starting to like more ASIAN guys than AMERICAN/ EUROPEAN guys. Like all koreans ask, typically, "what style of men do you like?".
My answer: Long eye-lashes, and attractive eyes. Honest and one who's nice to hang out with, kinda like my best friend. I really hate guys who try to act manly cool to grab someone's attention. And i find people who try very hard annoying,
